Q. Can you explain about this exhibition?
You can see the evolution of the image of D*DOG, a character I have been drawing for over 20 years. Intended to look like a broken Disney character, this image is inspired by animationIt is placed with the prize, and the content of the video matches what I want to implement. That's why this animation video is so important. It's like my 20 years It's because it's like a writer's life's dream. On the lower floor, there are romance-themed works, which are the most widely known subjects of my works. the two that continueRamIn the dialogue of ', I wanted to show what things like love, romance, and loss mean to me and what they mean to those who see them.
Q. Is there an element that you think has the most influence on you these days? For example, any artist or cultural factors.
That's a very interesting question. First of all, the place where I constantly get inspiration when I work is music. I always have music playing when I work, From the moment I arrived at the studio The music is always on until you leave. From old music to the latest music, what kind of music is popular in today's music scene?Always keep an eye on what you're doing. so Music is by far the first thing that inspires me. Also Instagram. Now what in the world is that Because you can't help but see what's happening. ThatleeOld and contemporary art is also not to be missed. What inspires me most of all is the moment I walk through the city, It will be those moments in the city. In the city I feel plenty of the things around me and the energy they give me. traveling to new citiesis always a great inspiration for me.
Q. We think you, as an urban contemporary artist, have broken down the wall between street art and traditional art, What kind of thing is his driving force Do you think
I think the driving force comes only from doing what I like. I draw what I like, and I get the driving force that sustains me from those things. I feel that those things are more amazing than I imagined. In the past, when I worked full-time, I worked during the day, and after work I did what I wanted to do at night.always mine You get dynamism from going beyond yourself. Hand-drawn stickers become screen-printed stickers, posters become posters, and oversized posters. It has become a painting work engraved on a building or wall. I always think of myself as the basis of all driving force, surpassing myself.

Q. Compared to other street artists, you think you are very good in many ways. Do you have your own special method or point of view when working on murals?
First of all, thank you for thinking so. Fortunately, I have been painting on the street for a long time, starting from the days when any street painting could be street art. I drew it. Experimenting on the street with Banksy and Shepard Fairey, there was no specific plan. I've always been fascinated by graffiti, skateboarding, album covers, graphics, etc.is. So, all of that can be said to have created the standout features of my style, such as the intense colors and sharp black borders. Advertising signs on the streetIt can be said that it was always to reveal my work amidst the pollution of the visual environment in the city. My painting style reminds me of pop art images of the past, but it is different from that. You can see it as an updated image with the addition of today's social elements. Intense colors and clear outlines surround me in the cityI feel and the energy they give me. Traveling to new cities is always a great inspiration for me.
Q. What do you think is the most important thing about street art? Which part attracts you?
That's what I feel is very addictive. When you first put something on the street, you realize that people notice it and care about it. So now with something more You'll wonder if you can get a lot of people's attention, and if you do it for that long, you'll realize that it's addictive. It is also challenginggoIt is Ji. When I draw a picture on a huge wall, some people see it and think that I am not afraid of heights, but I am also afraid of heights mindIt's cold. The first time I climbed up and worked, it was very scary. Still, I conquered those fears myself, and I continue to see how high I can go.book Challenged. And when you finally step back and look at the finished picture, you can't help but fall in love with it. The bigger the wall, the more impressive it feels.give In the end, I seem to be interested in and fascinated by it myself.
Q. You seem to be interested in discovering the hidden righteousness behind the consumer society. Especially things like love with various themes in my works. Expressing other things besides love Do you have a topic you want?
For the time being, I think we will continue to focus more on the context of romance. It's like all around us environmentis to recognize more deeply, and also the wavelengths and waves that we individually create within it Is it the samec. It's unclear yet conscious, and I'm trying to convey that thought through my work.I want to thenAt the same time, love is a very difficult and difficult thing, but thatBecause of that, Ithe peopleI don't want to make you look at it this profoundly. I'mAn unexpected roomquick with incenseThings are changing these days, especially love is in the midst of itin a world like thiswhat effectDoes it cause Because it's a reminder.
